Chef, author and presenter John Gregory Smith has teamed up with British brand Billington’s for a (socially distanced) summer picnic promotion.
John will be taking part in Billington’s influencer campaign to encourage people to get creative when it comes to socially distanced picnics. He has created a delicious, picnic-friendly cocktail using their products to share with his 44,000 foodie followers on Instagram. The cocktail is called Bourbon Berry Crush and is a magical mix of smokey bourbon and buttery Billington’s Amber Maple Syrup, muddled together with zesty blackberries and blueberries, severedover ice with a fragrant lemon and thyme sugar rim.
