Romy Gill on The Doctor's Kitchen podcast

This week our client Roy Gill was a guest on the much loved product 'The Doctor's Kitchen' with Dr Rupy Aujla.

Romy talked about her lived experience of the menopause, how changing her training from mostly running to include strength training completely shifted her weight. They also talk about women from SA backgrounds and why it's still an uphill battle to break down the taboo of women's health in general.

They also have some great discussions about spices with medicinal properties, hot to combine flavourful ingredients for health and why the backbone of Indian cooking is healthier than most people think.
