Angelo Coassin Announces New Book
We are delighted to announce that Angelo Coassin has signed a book deal with Hardie Grant and will be releasing, 'Cook Like A Real Italian' on 26th September 2024.
Angelo is a passionate Italian cook who learned everything from his mamma and nonna. In 2020, he launched his Instagram, @cookingwithbello, dedicated to creating fun and delicious Italian recipes. Since then, he has amassed 1.1m Instagram followers and 1.6 million on TikTok.
Packed with authentic dishes, Cook Like A Real Italian features classic and contemporary Italian recipes, from carbonara, focaccia and tiramisu to pasta roses, pizza muffins and homemade gelato. Unrestrictive, easy to follow and using readily available ingredients, Angelo’s recipes give the confidence to cook great-tasting Italian food at home.
