John Gregory-Smith is the latest Poppette to join the team and we are thrilled to be working with him. With a special interest in Middle Eastern, North African and Eastern Mediterranean food, John is fearless in his pursuit of the perfect, authentic recipe. Travelling far and wide in his research, he already has 3 books under his belt with a 4th due out in September.
