Rahul's Record Breaking 100 Ingredient Cake

Great British Bake-Off winner Dr. Rahul Mandal has created the world’s first ever cake to include 100 different ingredients.

This record-breaking creation was commissioned by award-winning home-swapping platform Love Home Swap as part of their 10th birthday celebrations, marking the global travel community’s optimism and spirit of collaboration during the pandemic.

Each ingredient used in Rahul's unique recipe represents one of the 100 countries where Love Home Swap has homes. They include peaches from Paraguay, tea from Taiwan and cinnamon from the Seychelles.

The celebratory campaign used a mix of PR and social media and resulted in over 30K likes on Rahul's dedicated Instagram posts. The record-breaking cake also made the pages of the national newspapers with coverage in The Sun and The Daily Star.
