Princess Anne Receives Hollywood Handshake at DoE Awards

Paul Hollywood attended a day at Buckingham Palace as a guest speaker for the Duke of Edinburgh awards. He presented Laura Woodward, a student from Milfield School in Street, with a gold Duke of Edinburgh award.

Whilst at the event Paul got to chat with Laura and other gold award winners as well as Princess Anne who received one of his now famous 'Hollywood Handshakes'.

This years marks the 60th anniversary of the scheme, an awards programme for young people aged between 14 and 24 which helps the participants to learn about self-improvement and their community through set tasks.
