John Gregory-Smith Partners with the Welsh Lamb Board
Chef, author and presenter John Gregory-Smith has partnered with the Welsh Lamb Board to create four exclusive recipes for Delicious Magazine.
The recipes, which are now available online, feature John’s signature Middle Eastern twist and include a Pulled Harissa Lamb Ragu and a Pomegranate Lamb Salad.
