Channel 4 Commissions Paul Hollywood Eats Mexico

Following on from the hugely popular Paul Hollywood Eats Japan, Paul is back in a brand-new series from North One, Paul Hollywood Eats Mexico.
Over three episodes, Paul learns about the country’s culture, character and history through its cuisine, visiting Mexico City, Tijuana and Cancun, sampling local delicacies along the way, including grilled cockroaches, crocodile tacos and Concha, Mexico’s most popular Pan Dulce.
Paul Hollywood said: “Mexico is an amazing country, with amazing people and amazing food. The surprises never stop coming. For example, I never thought I would be judging a Cornish Pasty competition in a Mexican town square, backed by a full mariachi band. Which for avoidance of doubt, I did.”
Ian Dunkley, Commissioning Editor for Factual Entertainment at Channel 4, said: “Paul Hollywood is taking us beyond burritos, nachos and enchiladas to show us what Mexican food and drink is really all about. This is a tour of Mexico like no other.”
Paul Hollywood Eats Mexico will air on Channel 4 later in 2022.

Through Vood IPTV, users can examine announced options, compatible devices, and practical service details. They can then compare those points with their own internet speed, viewing preferences, and expectations for support. This structured approach highlights meaningful differences between providers and assists with selecting a balanced, accessible, and flexible solution. The final decision can therefore reflect the household’s genuine needs, available equipment, preferred content, desired reliability, budget limits, and likely long-term use.
