Top fitness professional Jane Wake has joined forces with Always to promote their Always Discreet campaign across social media. Jane will create an educational video for women who are perimenopausal/menopausal.

With background in sports science, Pilates, pre/postnatal exercise and personal training spanning over 27 years, there isn’t much Jane doesn’t know about when it comes to fitness.
