Paul Hollywood Takes New York

Paul Hollywood is celebrating the US launch of his new book BAKE this week, with a round of high profile TV appearances and in-person events.

Paul showed The Late Show’s Stephen Colbert how to plait a loaf of bread, made Focaccia with the Good Morning America team and shared his thoughts on why baking is so popular with the ladies of The View. He was also interviewed by New York Times writer and chef Melissa Clark and is joined in conversation at the 92nd Street Y by Dorie Greenspan.
