Sally Abé nominated for Chef of the Year!

We are thrilled to announce that Sally Abé, Head Chef at The Pem, Conrad London St James, has been nominated for Chef of the Year at this year’s Catey Awards.

The internationally renowned Cateys are the biggest awards of their kind in the hospitality industry and take place in July in London. We are keeping everything crossed for Sally who certainly deserves the award for her incredible work at The Pem and across all the restaurants at the Conrad.
