Winnie Lee Joins Yellow Poppy Media

We are thrilled to announce that creative cake maker Winnie Lee has joined the Yellow Poppy family.

Winnie, who was born in the heart of Blackburn and raised in Northern Ireland, grew up inspired by her parents’ keen interest in exploring cuisines from around the world. But her passion for food took a back seat while she built a successful career in fashion. In 2017 Winnie identified an opportunity to create fun kids cakes, which led to a business making cakes to order. A self-taught baker, when Winnie started sharing her bakes on Instagram her baking adventures rapidly grew to a thriving community, which led to Winnie’s hugely popular blog OhCakesWinnie.com
